Return and Refund Policy

 If it’s not just right, here’s what you need to know:

• You can return any unopened items within 7 days of an online order delivery or a store purchase.
• The seller pays for return shipping if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
• The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping if returning the item because they changed their mind.

Do I need a receipt to return items?
For orders placed on sisterdianah.com, just have your order number ready in person or include in return box. You can also provide the email address or phone number used to place the order. 

Can I return items after 7 days?
No, we do not accept returns after 7 days.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
